Right of withdrawal

You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of the day you receive the item. When you pick it up in our store, the period runs from the day of pick-up.

How to cancel

Tell us clearly before the period ends, for example by e-mail to info@karrosseriet.dk with your order number. You can use the form below, but you don't have to.

Returning the item

• Send the item to Eksempelvej 1, 1234 Eksempelby, or hand it in at the store, no later than 14 days after telling us.
• You pay the cost of returning it.
• Pack it carefully, preferably in the original packaging. Don't send it cash on delivery.

Your refund

We refund the full amount, including standard shipping, no later than 14 days after receiving your message, to the same means of payment. We may wait until we have received the item, or you have shown that it was sent.

Condition of the item

You may examine the item as you would in a shop. If you have handled it beyond that – for example fitted, painted or damaged it – it may have lost value, and we can deduct that from the refund.
